Mike and Evans met through mutual friends when Evans first moved to San Francisco. Mike says it was love at first sight. They have been together ever since. M&E got married in Evans’ hometown of Pebble Beach on April 11, 2009. The site was an easy pick, as Evans has spent so much time at the Monterey Country Club growing up in the area and Mike, an avid surfer loved the idea of a view of the ocean, a place close to his heart.
The wedding encompassed the casual and elegant feel of its surroundings with beach type themes, white flowers, lots of candles, and a very fun Jimmy Buffet cover band to keep with the laid back feel. Jennifer Roberson of Seas the Day Events was the amazing coordinator for both the rehearsal and the wedding. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and on top of her game in every way. And the details and entertainment provided by a great team of vendors, flowers by Flowers LTD (831-625-2404), cupcakes by Layers (831-655-1544), Entertainment by The Parrot Head Band, the photo booth by Red Cheese, and hair & makeup by Kim Larson.
